Nicely done, managing to not botch Savage's establishment as Department head. I would have preferred if that woman's disappearance and drama with her whelps had been less public, but some thing are unavoidable. Greyback, I trust whatever remains of those brats won't be too recognizable.
Carrow, Alecto: Keep an eye on that boss of yours. He seems unnaturally resilient.
Rookwood: Nicely done with the Ministry information. Keep it up and try to keep any records from being sealed away. They might come in handy someday.
Lestrange, Bellatrix: Do try to make your maiming, torturing, and killing essential only. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but use a little common sense.
Malfoy: You're in charge of Muggle torture, yet I see no Muggles being tortured. I think the honeymoon has lasted long enough.

Kristoph Rackharrow offends me with his Muggle wife and children. Bellatrix and Lucius, take care of him and his family soon. You two seem amongst the few competent enough to do anything right.
Jane Vance may know more than originally thought when we took care of her family. Dispose of her, Rookwood. I trust you can handle one woman.
Everyone else, please... Don't allow me to interrupt your rest during the holiday season. Please, let your work lull into a sense of nothingness. Do something productive or your families will begin to suffer.
The old man and his sheep seem to be losing interest. Perhaps he's fooled himself into thinking we're not as much of a threat as he originally thought.

I would apologize for not having been in contact these last few months, but I don't have to explain myself to you all. Just know that I have been quite busy as I have noticed that so very few of you have. Do I have to babysit you fools all of the time? You aren't capable of a bit of free thought? You know what's expected of you, do you not?
Mulciber and Wilkes, you two will dispatch of one Brewster Fletwock, head of the Muggle Liaison Office. I trust you two won't screw this up as much as that last bit of Ministry intimidation. I won't tolerate any more failure. Try to avoid taking him from work, however, as one of Dumbledore's little minions works in his department. Just make sure it gets taken care of. If they fail, Lucius, Bella, and Rookwood better take care of it, understand? Although I do ask that if it comes to the three of you, try not to get yourselves caught. Two of you are in prime positions within the Ministry and it would displease me greatly if we were to be forced to start over in that respect. And don't two of you have a wedding to participate in soon as well? Wouldn't want to muck that up, would we?

I realise I have left you lot to your own devices the past few months. I've been up to my own business, which is exactly that. My. Own. Business. Don't go meddling, if you know what's best for you, because I WILL know.
I have quite a bit lined up for you lot to do. With the new inductees, I expect them to catch on quickly. I don't have time or resources to deal with a bunch of morons that can't get away before some Ministry hack happens to catch them. You might as well kill yourselves, if that ever happens, by the way.
The Prangs. Someone needs to dispatch them. They would be invaluable and as they refuse to help and, unfortunately, seem of strong enough mind to fight off the Imperius curse a bit more than is convenient, I want them gone. Before the week is over.
Dolohov and Rabastan are to deal with the Undersecretary. Greyback is standing by should you happen to fail.
Please, by all means, continue with your petty Muggle baiting and harassment. Since it seems all any of you choose to do. If we're to get the Ministry's attention, things need to be done on a grander scale. Not just mucking about with the minds of a couple of Ministry workers, Lucius.

I have a list of names of people that I want dealt with. And I want them dealt with by the end of the month. That gives you lazy sods five days... four if you want to get absolutely technical. Having been busy with personal affairs, I'm finding that people are falling into an atmosphere of complacency. If you find there's a problem with anyone on the list, leave it to someone else. I don't want to hear any complaining. We have been hearing more and more people build up against us. That bit with Dumbledore's man getting out of jail on a technicality? Come on now.

Nicely done, getting that little ministry twerp arrested. Too bad it didn't stick. What good is it to frame these people if it doesn't have any lasting effect? Some of you make enemies too easily. That little bugger might've been useful in the future, or even more useful in Azkaban.
I'm going to be away for a bit. These random attacks that have been happening recently are just that: random. Focus a tad bit more. I have other things to worry about at this moment. I trust some of you will be able to figure something out.

Id believe its time to give Dumbledore and his followers a bit more to deal with than the petty crime that has been going on as of late. The attack on his students, while effecive in terrifying the little buggers didn't do much but put Dumbledore on his guard. I'd say it's time to strike a little closer to home for his followers rather than Dumbledore himself. These people are consistently getting in our way and it's time to start weeding them out and if we can't get them, we'll start with their family members. I understand that a few of these people have been identified? I need names and I expect this to be taken care of soon. We'll say around Valentine's Day to make it a bit more poinient. Lucius, you are in charge of this.
Everyone else, its time to start to scope out potentials from the upcoming graduating class at Hogwarts. Also feel free to check out Durmstrang as well. Anyone wanting to partake in that can let me know... Or show some intiative and do it all on your own. We need to outnumber Dumbledore's underlings. He has more than we know of but we can, at least, take care of those we do know about while recruiting a few more to our numbers.

A reminder about the ... gathering planned this weekend in Hogsmeade. Remember, I don't want to hear of any fatalities amongst the student population. Those are quite possibly future members of my ranks. I'm giving you lot full reign to do anything aside from killing and if any injuring is to be done, make sure it will only be Muggleborns and half-bloods. The last thing we need is for powerful pure-blood families to go against us when we could use them to further advance our cause. A few of you have recently graduated from Hogwarts, please be sure to give your fellows some ideas as to who to look for.
Once again, I stress, no killing. It's just a statement to remind Dumbledore that we're still close by.

Well, any sort of opportunity we had for Cambridge has come and gone. I was under the impression that one has followers so one doesn't have to do all of the work. But no matter, it seemed that Dumbledore had somehow caught wind of the plan anyway.
I have it on good authority that the little buggers in Hogwarts have having one of their trips to the village of Hogsmeade on November 25th. There should be a small gathering in the village at this time.
Nothing to harm any of the students too much. Dumbledore is onto something and he needs to be aware that the threat is much closer than he seems to think. But we're only trying a bit of intimidation. I would prefer nobody died this time.
Malfoy, Black, Lestrange, Dolohov, and Nott this time. I would have you take Greyback with you, but he can't seem to control himself around children. Not the ideal for a plan such as this.

Excellent job in Nottingham. Dumbledore's response time was quite good, which makes me wonder if he doesn't have some information coming from somewhere. Perhaps someone thinks it would be a good idea to turn spy for Dumbledore, but I'm afraid it isn't.
You lot will next be going to Cambridge. That Muggle-loving Minister of Magic has family there, I believe. You know what to do, just remember security will be tight.
Crabbe and Goyle. I want the two of you going to Northern Ireland. Try to locate the giant colony there. Do whatever it takes to win their favor. They can be quite useful.

There was an initiation earlier in the month. It seems my followers found a few recruits. Not many, but better than nothing, I suppose. We'll see how things turn out with them. The girl seems to be showing some promise, even if she is a bit unhinged.
It seems they had a party in Ipswich the other day. At least there are no more worries about that Ogden woman. One less player in the mess of Muggle relations within the Ministry. I honestly don't know what they're thinking anymore.
Dumbledore seems to have amassed a following in Nottingham. At least that's what a few sources tell me. I don't know how true it is, but I want people out there this weekend... I want this checked out. If he does, indeed, have people working for him and they're based out of Nottingham, there can't be enough to be that much of a problem. We should be able to take them now. Dumbledore out of the way, the Ministry won't be a problem at all. Malfoy, Lestrange, Black, and Macnair. I want you all out there this weekend and back by Monday morning for a report.
There's also things to be done in Aberdeen and Cambridge. You all will have a lot of work to do.

Nott, tell me your information all ready. My deadline is swiftly approaching and not having heard from quite a lot of people, you may be sparing yourself some unneeded inconvenience.
There's a rather irritating Ministry Official that is in some need of correction. I wouldn't be opposed in the slightest to an organised correction of this person's actions. They have a small home in Ipswich on Fonnereau Road near Christchurch Park. This person's name is Diana Ogden. Gather as much information on her as you possibly can that would be useful. She works with Muggle Relations within the Ministry. Do not take any further action right now. The time has to be right.

I've allowed things to get too quiet as of late. Dumbledore and his lot have been investigating a few of you. I'm sure you are all too content in your laziness of late to notice. This, of course, means that we shall be meeting some resistence in the near future and it is time to work on recruiting some fresh blood. Do try to branch out from the typical families. There is a new class graduating from Hogwarts just shy of a month from now. What better way to knock a blow at Dumbledore than to set some of his students against him. There are also the Blacks, as we've yet to recruit a single one. The Lestranges, Rosiers, Parkinsons, Wilkes', Averys, Mulcibers, and it wouldn't hurt to try the Longbottoms (although I must admit there's probably not much hope there), Bones', Fletchers, Jones', Potters, and Prangs. I do expect to start seeing some results in two weeks time. Get the word around to enough of these people and I'm sure we'll start start being approached by people they've told. Just be wary of potential spies. I expect a progress report by the 11th and I want to see some results before we see July.

I've just returned from a very rewarding excursion. Is always does feel so good to kill the unworthy whelps that pollute our blood. This evening it was some filthy Muggle woman who dared to breed with a wizard. Name of... McKinnon, I believe. Who really cares? The foul mugglelover who married the woman wasn't there, unfortunately. I shall have to hunt him down... he will be made to pay for tarnishing the blood that flows through his veins.
But the woman was quite satisfactory for tonight. The way she screamed... cried... begged for mercy... It was like some long-lost and beloved melody that I had almost forgotten.
And, now that I've gotten a taste, I want more.

The filth needs to be purged. I've been in a hiatus of sorts... people getting nosy before it was time.
But I've been quiet far too long. It's time to clear away the dirt that would bespoil the witches and wizards of this world.
It's time for all to fear the name Lord Voldemort.

Lucius Malfoy is having a party. Dozens of young purebloods have been invited to attend. I may just have to make an appearance...
There is this woman. A Ministry official. Trina Gudgeon. I've decided that she needs to die. She's become far too nosy in the workings of some of my minions who are already within the Ministry. Any more digging from her could cause troubles before I care to have them. I think, maybe, I'll have one of my minions kill her tonight.
It is, after all, a Wednesday.

Casterbridge is a pile of ash. I do so love a good evening of mass destruction.
My minions did a fine job, for the most part, of dispatching of the more troublesome of the townspeople. I let the weaker of my troops deal with the children and the squibs. The rest of us were busy. Not that the witches and wizards (if you'd like to honor them with that distinction) of the town put up much of a fight. Pathetic really. I got the most enjoyment out of burning the useless place to the ground, to be honest. And usually the killing is much more enjoyable.
But, speaking of my minions, there is one in particular that has begun to stand out. One Lucius Malfoy. Very bright young man. Very dedicated. I shall have to keep a very close eye on him. The bright ones are the most dangerous promising ones.
With that bit of business out of the way, it's time to move on with my plans. It all starts with the Ministry really. Kill off a few key officials here and there, replace them with those loyal to me, and then start the grand scale destruction. Why bother with the Ministry officials? Because, with those loyals to me in key positions, the Ministry's response to my havoc will be minimal, if there's any at all. Of course, one has to assume that there will be some who will try to stop me without the aid of the Ministry. But we'll cross that river once I've come to it.
Sigh... so much to do, so much to do...
